Patient Admission

Admission takes place at the Admission Office. Upon admission you will be asked to provide the following personal details: name, occupation, address, telephone number, marital status, Social Security Number and Insurance Fund as well as to display your National Identity Card and the validated Health Book.

At a later stage during the admission procedure, a healthcare plan (by obtaining your medical history, performing laboratory exams or imaging studies were needed) is implemented in accordance with the instructions given by the Attending Physician and the Clinic’s Procedures and Protocols.
